Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary focus will be promoting our software solutions, identifying customer needs, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our software products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales, preferably in software/IT services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software products (SaaS experience preferred).
  • High energy, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.
